Delete your account

What gets deleted

• Your profile details (name, email, phone, photo).
• Sign-in credentials and linked Google / Apple identifiers.
• Push notification device tokens.
• Rider licence images and station profile photos, where applicable.

What we may keep

Anonymized order and payment records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. These records will no longer identify you personally.

How long it takes

After you confirm with the verification code, deletion is processed immediately. If you have an active delivery in progress, finish or cancel it first — we cannot delete an account with an open order.
