Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Iskar Gas websites, progressive web apps, and mobile applications for customers, delivery riders, and gas station partners. By using the services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Iskar Gas is a marketplace that helps customers order LPG cylinder refills from independent filling stations and arrange delivery through independent riders. We are not the seller of the gas unless expressly stated; stations and riders are responsible for fulfilment quality and safety standards applicable to their role.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, appear fraudulent, or pose a safety risk.
3. Orders, pricing, and payments
Prices, delivery fees, and availability are shown before you confirm an order and may vary by station and location. Payment is processed by our payment partners (including mobile money and cards). Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to the order status and our support process.
4. Safety
LPG is a hazardous product. Customers must provide safe access for delivery and use cylinders according to manufacturer and local safety guidance. Riders and stations must follow applicable transport, storage, and handling rules. Iskar Gas may refuse or cancel orders that appear unsafe.
5. Partner and rider terms
Station partners and riders must be eligible to operate in Ghana, keep profile and licensing information accurate, and honour accepted jobs or orders in good faith. Misrepresentation, repeated cancellations without cause, or unsafe conduct may result in removal from the platform.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, interfere with other users, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
The Iskar Gas name, logo, and app content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited licence to use the apps as provided.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iskar Gas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays caused by weather, traffic, network outages, or third-party providers. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
